Double en-suite room in Homerton!

We have 1 room to rent in our lovely flat in Homerton :)

About the flat:
On the groundfloor there are a bathroom and 3 bedrooms. One is Liam’s and the other 2 are to rent, a small and an ensuite one.
On the top floor there is a third bathroom, Ilaria’s room, modern kitchen with big dining area, and living room. There are 2 fridges in the kitchen.

Great location: 3 mins walk from Homerton station, 2 mins from Co-op, 5 mins away from Well Street and Chatsworth Road.
Plenty of bus stops in the area and Hackney Central is only a 10 mins walk.

Flatmates:
Ilaria - 28, Italian queer artist, fashion designer and activist. She loves nature, fashion, art, raving, roller skating, cooking for her flatmates and friends and watching movies (:

Liam - 24, from London, easy going and clean. Works in tech and also loves a movie.

About you:
We’re looking for clean and tidy people that want to be part of a home rather than a house. There’s gonna be enough space for you to decorate as you please (: if you’re queer and veggie is a plus but not a must 💚 no couples, no pets sorry.
Age range 26-32 to give you an idea, obviously flexible if we find the right match (: Friends welcome since 2 rooms are available (:
You will need to pass basic reference checks with the agency.

Accessibility:
No lifts in the building, there are 2 small staircases to the flat.
We have a bin and a bike room.
You would be taking over the tenancy which ends on October 31st, with the possibility to renew.
