We have a room to rent out in our house in Homerton.
The room for grabs is the room I currently live in. One of the other flatmates is moving out so I’ll be taking his room.
ABOUT THE ROOM: it’s a small but cosy space, south facing so loads of sunshine. Comes with built in storage/wardrobe space. Unfurnished, all the furniture you see in there is mine so I’ll be taking it with me.
ABOUT THE HOUSEHOLD: house of 5. We are all working professionals, 27 yo+. We’re big on keeping the house clean and being considerate, there’s a cleaning rotation and it’s worked quite well for us so we’d like to keep it that way. There’s no living room.
