Double bed with en-suite, 15 mins walk to both Homerton and Hackney Wick overground stations. Quiet area and on the canal by Hackney marshes. Rent includes free private gym in basement, access to roof terrace, 24hr concierge/ security, bike shed and parking (but extra cost for that, I don’t use).
Housemate’s room comes with a large wardrobe and he's looking to sell his bed (comes with a top of the range Simba). He’s happy to do a deal.
About me; 32yo finance professional (not a ‘finance bro’ fyi) from London. I’ve lived at the flat for over 2 years now and love it.
