Double bedroom well located in Homerton, Hackney

One room is available to rent in Hackney, close to both Homerton and Hackney Wick Stations. I'm moving out and I'm looking for someone to take my room.
The rent is £850/month, + bills (approx. £60/70 including council tax, internet, gas and electricity). The deposit is £680.

This is a 3 bedroom flat, including a kitchen/dining room and a living room, very well located in Homerton in front of Hackney Marshes & the canal. Close proximity to Hackney Central/Mare Street, Hackney Wick, as well as Stratford.

The bed and mattress are both furnished. If you want to keep my desk, my chair, my mirror and a few other stuff, I'm also happy to give them to you for a very decent price.

The rent is a sublet, from the 15th of July until September, with a possibility to renew it for a longer period, even permanently.

You'll share the flat with Majid - 30, he/him, a French guy that has been in London for 5 years, a photographer and also works in marketing ; and Charlie - 34, he/him, Londoner, owning his own sauna company.
They're both clean and tidy, sociable as well as respectful.
