Room Available - Homerton

Hello! We are hoping to set viewings up as soon as possible as our current housemate is moving out soon and we have not found the right fit just yet!

Our names are Kate and Tom and we are school friends from Belfast, Ireland. We have been living in the flat for 3 years and are both very clean, tidy & respectful. We have really enjoyed living in the flat over the last 3 years and find the area perfect with everything we need nearby.

During the week we love going to boxing classes, pilates and chilling watching. You can mostly find us out and about or enjoying a drink at the weekend. We are both quite social and make dinner in the living room and watch TV together but equally respect if someone prefers to keep themselves to themselves. Kate works in media and Tom in finance and both are in the office 2 days and work from home 3 days mostly.

The flat is a 3 bed, 2 bath is just off Well Street and conveniently situated in between London Fields and Victoria Park. The room is a bright double with a large built-in wardrobe with full length mirrors and a large window that lets lots of light into the room. This room shares a bathroom with Kate (Tom has an en-suite).

The living room and kitchen are open plan and look on to a sunny balcony. There is also a shared outdoor roof terrace on the fifth floor of the apartment building.

There are 2 additional storage rooms in the hallway leading to the kitchen.

Rent is £992 inclusive of bills, plus wi-fi at £12 each and there is a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks to do the communal areas which is an additional £20 (£10 each every two weeks).
