Choice of 3 Double Bedrooms (I will be living in the 3rd of the bedrooms, depending on which two get chosen)

The apartment:

- 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 massive room (the size of the two other bedrooms put together).
- No living room.
- 1 Bathroom.
- Modern kitchen with all appliances.
- Washer, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils and plates (no dishwasher or dryer).
- 1st floor.
- Flat situated in small apartment block of 6 apartments with mostly working professionals.

Location:

- Within 5 minutes walking distance of Homerton Overground Station.
- Many buses inc night buses.
- Local amenities (Co-op, Spa, local grocery shops, cafes and restaurants, Homerton hospital) right at the doorstep.

Looking for:

- Ideally working professional, 25+.
- As there is only 1 bathroom to share between 3 people, ideally no WFH professionals.
- Tidy, considerate and either willing to take turns cleaning communal areas or chipping in for a fortnightly cleaner - I myself am very clean but don’t wish to consistently clean up after others so a cleaner is an option.

Available Beginning of July. Move in date flexible. Furnishing also flexible. 2 weeks rent as deposit.

About me:

QMUL and LSE grad, originally Eastern European (Latvian/Albanian, but speak Russian). I don’t have a regular schedule so I’ll be in and out sporadically and sometimes away travelling for weeks at a time.
