The room is really spacious and situated on the ground floor of the flat. It is part furnished with a bed, drawers and clothes rail. The flat has 3 bedrooms and loads of shared space including:
- private garden
- living room
- kitchen

You'll be living with Marcus (Irish) and Courtney (Canadian), both 28 and working in marketing with a combo of working from home and the office. Looking for someone friendly and respectful, up for chilling together in the shared spaces, coffee, Park, pub trips, joining the odd dinner party but also respectful of having their own things going on.

Rent is 836.66 per month and deposit is 907.69. It's a private landlord who is friendly and responsive. He has recently had some work done to the exterior and garden so it will all be looking fresh for when you move in!
