Six Week Sublet - Gorgeous Double Room in Homerton

Hello!

My name is Sophie, I live on Kingsmead Estate in the lovely Homerton and I’m offering my spacious and very quiet double bedroom for a sublet from the 1st of September until the 15th of October (six weeks).

The house is (literally) around the corner from the Lea River canal, where I often sit with my cup of tea on sunny mornings. We’re surrounded by green: Daubeney Fields, Hackney Marshes and Mabley Green are all within a 5-minute walk, with Victoria Park reachable in around 15 minutes on foot. For cafes, bakeries, boutique shops, Castle Cinema and a lovely Sunday market, Chatsworth Road has it all. For good bars and clubs (and pizza!) Hackney Wick is pretty perfect. You’d be well connected to other parts of London via Homerton Overground station, and a number of buses that stop just outside the estate.

Communal spaces are shared with my housemates Michael (30), Emma (25), and Bina (23). They’re all very kind, considerate people. We’re looking for someone who will treat the house and my room with care, clean up after themselves, and doesn’t tend to make any noise late at night.

The rent is £900 per month with all bills included (£1350 total for the six weeks).
(We’ll also be looking for a new housemate on the contract as of early October, should you be looking for a permanent tenancy after the sublet)
