Sublet Room in Beautiful Converted Flat

Hello,

My room is coming available for one or two months from mid August. I can be flexible with the dates :) I’m just moving out to the countryside to work on a project.

The flat has beautiful open light, it’s huge, lots of plants and a great vibe.

The bedroom is large and bed comes with memory foam panda topper, super cosy. The light comes from the large door, which is a little unusual but it’s a nice touch.

Kitchen has everything you need, it’s cute and does the job.

Bathroom is amazing, love the shower we have :)

The shared space has open sliding doors that bring lots of light and air into the space, as we are on the first floor - it’s perfect for summer to let the elements inside.

Parking space, private gates courtyard. 3 min walk to homerton overground - connection is great everywhere.

Two other rooms mates in the house, as it’s a 3 bed. As it’s summer they may be away, might be friends staying from time to time.

We aren’t a party house either, but have always been welcome to offering a space for someone to stay if one of us are away. We keep it cool, balanced and sound :)

I hate to put in “the don’ts” but I’m not accepting bad vibe people, selfish or entitled dictators. Life’s too short to be a dick :) be cool, honest, open & have a good heart <3

Bonus points if you in music and I might leave record players, studio monitors or stuff for a desk.
