Sublet: 20 July- mid/end Aug in 1 bed in Homerton

I’m travelling from 20th July - mid/end of August and looking for someone respectful and clean to sublet the flat. Dates must be agreed in advance. Please explain a bit about your situation in your message so we can understand if short term will work for you 😊 please tell me the dates you’re interested in too. Ideally someone will take for 4-6 weeks, but we can be flexible.

I’ll be leaving most of my stuff at the flat and it’s fully furnished. Might have to pop back to pick up some things during the stay, hopefully that would be ok with you (all agreed with prior notice)!

Because of the short term nature of this, we’d require the money to be paid at the beginning of your stay please. The price is £1800 pcm including all bills and council tax (but you’ll be charged only by week £415 per week)

The flat is a new build block of residential apartments. Everything is modern and the huge windows let in lots of light. It’s a very diverse area and we love that the kids play outside here and everyone says hello.

The flat has one large bedroom and bathroom with bath and an open plan living dining area. There is a small balcony with access from the living room and bedroom. We like to eat dinner here when the weather is nice and enjoy the sunset.

Homerton station (overground) is 7 minutes walk away, and there are multiple bus routes towards Stratford, Hackney and Hackney Wick nearby. Victoria park is 10 mins walk away.
