Looking for a girl to be part of our household

Hello!

We have been living in this beautiful house for the past four years, and we call this place home. One of our flatmates has decided to move out, so we are looking for a new girl to live with us! We are a very outgoing and friendly bunch who love sports and enjoy having a good laugh together.

There are a few parks near our house and many shops within walking distance. Tesco and Lidl are just 10 minutes away. Two Overground stations are about a 10-minute walk away, and there is good access to the Central line from Mile End too! Next to Hackney Central, there is everything you need - Marks and Spencer, Primark, Boots, TK Maxx...

We like to keep the house tidy at all times and take this quite seriously. Also, since we work different shifts, we require silence after 11 pm.

The house has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a very large kitchen with doors leading to our little garden, which has a sofa, table, and grill. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and bike storage on the ground floor.

The first floor consists of two rooms and a storage area.

There are another two rooms on the top floor (one of which is the spare room) and a bathroom with a shower, bath, and toilet.

It would be great if we could find another Czech or Slovakian girl for our household, but this is not a requirement.

We each pay the following bills monthly:

£47 council tax
£57 gas and electricity
£6 WiFi

Once a year, we also pay the water bill, which is £130/year.

The house came unfurnished but current flatmate is willing to leave all her furniture, including the bed and mattress, for £150.

Our agency is reliable and always try to help us with anything we need. They require the new tenant to earn around £27,000 per year.
