I am leaving my room in an active and friendly houseshare in Homerton. The room is available from the 1st of August.

The room is furnished with a comfortable and large double bed, desk, wardrobe, and drawers. It faces the back garden, so street noises are not heard from the room. The room is warm during winter.

It’s a 5-bedroom house with 4 other lovely and social housemates, all freelancers working in creative industries (2 females and 2 males). They are chilled and relaxed, and they love hanging out together. They are up for a chat at home or a pint in the local pub or going to a roast dinner. They also love to have BBQs in the garden when the weather allows :)

The area is amazing. The house is 10 minutes away from Homerton Station, and Homerton High Street is just around the corner where there are cool pubs and shops. Victoria Park and Chatsworth Road are also within walking distance.

About the new housemate: Preferably a female ideally between the ages of 25-35, who is comfortable doing her own thing but likes spending time with the rest of the household. (Socialising with the rest is not a must :)
