2 rooms next to Homerton station with garden + cat

Hiya lovely people! Our flatmates are moving out and we're looking for 2 people to move in end of August. Potentially earlier for the big room! It’s a 4 bed house at the mo its two queer girlies (not together despite the yearly couples Halloween costumes) Katie (28) works in travel and Bianka (35) in tech, and our sassy old lady 13 yr old cat Shroom.

The house has a big garden with tons of herbs (any green thumbs welcome pls) lots of storage space, large rooms and is only 2 mins from homerton station. So when citymapper says due you can still make it!

The big room is a massive double (3.5m x 4.5) on the ground floor with its own separate toilet and sink.

Rent for big room is 865 and comes unfurnished.

Rent for smaller upstairs room is 745. This comes with a bed and desk.

both + around 100/20 for bills and shared cleaning stuff 🧻 etc

We like to keep it v clean, peaceful vibes and prefer to do most our partying outside of it!

We just really hope to find a perfect match because it’s a year contract from September. The estate agency will ask for references and how much you earn (has to be at least 24k).

A bit more about us:
We are both super clean and like splitting jobs equally between the housemates about 1hr per week - otherwise the people who don’t like to /can't clean can pay for a cleaner which is kinda savage but fair eek!
