Hello!

I am looking for a flatmate who could share with me a 3 bedroom flat in Homerton. This is very unique offer for a small price. It is important that we match as flatmates.

The flat is spacious, well lit and cozy with retro style.
There are 3 bedrooms in the flat but I am looking for one person only.

I have been living in this flat 3 years now. I am Polish, a fitness professional - I teach pilates, barre and yoga. My lifestyle is very active, lots to do with body work as well as dance and fashion, and my job requires constant engagement with people - I treat home as a place where I recharge and rest. That is why I am looking for a flatmate who will respect that and have similar priorities. Someone who is mindful about the space, night hours, someone who parties outside the house and likes their own privacy. Preferably female, in late 20s / early 30s with mind focused on their goals and development.

There is big living room, bathroom, separated toilet, kitchen and 3 rooms, one taken by me, second by current flatmate who will soon move out. You could choose a room you prefer (only one included on the pictures at the moment)

The area is Homerton - 5 mins to bus station, 15 mins to overground station.
I work everywhere in East London and I could explain to you the neighbourhood if you are new to the area.

Price : 700 bills included. No contract. Short lets are welcome.
