Short let - double room in Homerton

I have a double room available for short let in homerton. Anywhere from 1 - 4 months considered. The rate includes all bills. Move in date is flexible.

The room itself is light and airy, comes furnished with a bed, bedside table and drawers. There is a small built in wardrobe.

There is a cosy living room, and modern bathroom and kitchen.

You'll be sharing with me, 41yo female. I'm pretty easy going, but I am an early bird rather than a night owl, and would prefer someone who lives on a similar schedule! I'm pretty active outside of work, but always open to the odd wine or shared dinner together.
