Sadly our beloved house mate is moving out and in with her partner but that makes this double bedroom on the first floor of the house available for a lucky person. Please note that the room comes completely unfurnished. House doesn't have a living room but there is a small dining area in the kitchen and we have happily had people over or have socialised with eachother there. Plenty of storage space and pretty cool house mates. There's me, Calina, a pizza chef who lives on the second floor and Jenna our public servant who lives across me. There's also Chandni who works in academia who lives on the same floor with you. On your floor you have a toilet that you share with Chandni and on the second floor there's a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet that we all share. We're pretty busy people but do meet around the house every now and then for a cuppa or a pint and a little gossip. Come and meet us and have a look at the available room. I think it's a great grab at £680.50 pcm. Council tax is £134 split between all 4 tenants. We are 10 min walk from Homerton station, 6 min walk from Homerton hospital, 10 min walk from Hackney Wick and the canal that leads into the Hackney marshes and the most greenery that London has to offer. 10 min walk away from Victoria park with all of its amenities and multiple buss routes to everywhere central London and north London.
