Large double bedroom available in modern house

Hi new housemate! We're four girls, friends from university, who have lived in this gorgeous, spacious house on Chatsworth Road for the past three years. Two of us are moving on to new homes, so we are looking for two new housemates to join! If you are two friends, the other is moving out end of October.

This is the ad for the first housemate, who we are looking to move in September. We live in a beautiful three-storey house within a gated complex just off the main bustling thoroughfare of Homerton, complete with a roomy kitchen/living area and a big garden where host bbqs in the summer. The available room is at the back of the house and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, and a bedside table. You will share a bathroom, with a bath, with one of the existing housemates.

This is a really fantastic spot, and we love living here. Right on Chatsworth Road, you will find The Castle Cinema, copious coffee shops, idyllic pubs, and a buzzing food market on Sundays. We’re also within walking distance of the Lee River, Millfields Park, Hackney Central, Broadway Market, and London Fields.

The two girls you will live with have been friends since university and are really looking forward to welcoming new friends and housemates into their home. One of us works in marketing for a charitable organisation, and the other is doing a psychology doctorate.

We're looking for someone chilled, easygoing, friendly, and up for a beer. We're both pretty busy and have our own lives, but we also love doing things as a house. The two houses next to us are also filled with SpareRoomers and are really chilled and nice.

Bills will be around £150.
