Small Double Room, Homerton

We are Ell (25, f), Freya (25, f) and Sam (25, m), on the lookout for a friendly, laid back flatmate to join our home! We’re looking for someone long term who also wants to make the space their home too :)

The room is a small double, in a third floor flat, in Homerton (2mins from overground station). The room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress and built in wardrobe (not the chest of drawers unfortunately). The flat has a spacious kitchen/lounge area and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with 2 others (Freya and Ell).

Rent is £672.25 per month excluding bills, and the deposit is £663.

We’re looking to start viewings from Wednesday September 11th, with a move in date of 26th September.
