2 rooms available in artistic household

We have 2 rooms to rent in our lovely 2-floor Homerton flat.

About the flat:
Downstairs we have 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. One is Tess’s and the other 2 are to rent, a regular and an ensuite one.
On the top floor we have another bathroom, my room, kitchen and big dining area, and living room.

Great location: 3 mins walk from Homerton station, 2 mins from Co-op, 5 mins away from Well Street and Chatsworth Road.
Plenty of bus stops in the area and Hackney Central is only a 10 mins walk away.

Flatmates:
Ilaria - 29, Italian queer artist, fashion designer and activist. She loves nature, fashion, art, raving, roller skating, cooking for her flatmates and friends and watching movies (:
Will start a Fashion Masters’ in October.

Tess - 25, British creative working in central London. Loves art, films, knitting, drawing, reading, baking and nature.

Both of us are vegetarian, hence the veggie/vegan flatmate preference.

About you:
We’re looking for clean and tidy people that want to be part of a home rather than a house. There’s gonna be enough space for you to decorate as you please (: if you’re queer is a plus but not a must 💚 pets considered. We are not a big party house but do like to go out and have dinners/watch movies together, would love to do this with our new flatmates too!
You will need to pass reference checks with the agency.

Accessibility:
No lifts in the building, there are 2 small staircases to the flat.
We have a bin and a bike room.

You would be taking over the tenancy at the end of October, but the 2 rooms are available now to sublet so we are looking for someone to come in asap. We are looking for long term flatmates.
