Sublet for 1 month 4th Oct to 2nd November

Sublet my bright and spacious room for 1 month 4th Oct to 2nd November 980 including bills. You will be living with a gorgeous couple (Engineer and Architect) who will move out on the 2nd Nov also. We are possibly looking for someone longterm to rent the whole space from Nov 2nd but have someone express an interest already so can't guarantee this.. I am moving to my own studio and a place became available before my lease was up which is why I am subletting. The room is large and has a balcony attached. The flat is situated very close to Adam and Eve pub, chatsworth road with cute cafe's restaurants and castle cinema.
