Cute One Bed Flat for short term let

Hello all

I'm the current tenant of this super cute and spacious one bed flat, I am taking a little break from London and I'm thinking to let my super nice and colourful flat for 1-3 months max.

Rent is usually 1600 but the building is undergoing some work so I think it's fair to make it cheaper.

This is definitely big enough for a couple, big bathroom, decent sized bedroom, nice and comfy living room and balcony.

Homerton station is like 30seconds walk from the flat.
Chatsworth road is 5 minutes walk away with all the shops you need

You can use the smart tv with my Netflix/amazon/disney + accounts, not a problem with that.
Wifi included
There's a dishwasher wohoo
Washer - Dryer too
Deskspace
Alexa
Smart TV

I'm flexible dates wise as I don't quite have a plan yet.

Bills are not included but on my own I usually spend the following:
Electricity £40
Hot Water £50
council tax band C £80
Not sure how much it would be if more than a person occupies it but it shouldn't be too much.

The ideal tenant:
Single or couples (I don't care about genders TBF)
Not smoking
Someone quiet, the flat isn't quite the place for parties as families live on the same floor.
Someone clean who has respect for my stuff (I love my sofa please be nice to it)
Perhaps you're a mature student, or someone in between lets as this is for one to max 3 months let.
