Three double rooms available in Homerton

Three rooms have become available to sublet until July 2025 with the option to renew in this lovely women only professional house in Homerton.

There is a sizeable double room available for £775 and one small double room available for £550 from November 9. There is also another sizeable double room available for £775 from November 19.

We will be prioritising groups of friends or siblings who would like to rent multiple rooms but everyone is welcome to get in touch!

Beds, mattresses, wardrobes and chest of drawers are all included.

Rent is paid on the 19th of every month. Bills are not included but come to about £100 a month. There is no deposit as the house was secured under the zero deposit guarantee but there is a non-refundable £50 charge for contract amendment.

You will be sharing with a friendly HR professional in her mid twenties.

The house has one bathroom, a large kitchen with a dining area and a garden with two sheds.

It’s a 6 minute walk from Homerton station and a 3 minute walk from bus stops that have the 26, 388 and N26 route.

There are lots of nice pubs and bars less than a 10 minute walk away on Well Street as well as a Tesco superstore 9 minutes away. This area also benefits from being a 20 minute walk away from both Hackney Wick and Hackney Central.

We are looking for full-time professional women and tenants will need to pass referencing from the letting agent.
