Hey guys!

We’re Jimmy and Victoria, looking for a third flatmate to complete our household.

Move-in date: earliest 28th October, ideally by early November.

About Us:

Victoria (she/her) is in her early 30s, works in fashion with a freelance schedule, while Jimmy (He/Him) is in his late 20s, works at a creative agency doing a Mon-Fri with a couple of days from home.
We're LGBTQ+ friendly and value a calm, drama free, clean environment.

About You:

Looking for someone around our age, preferably not working full-time from home.
Considered, mindful of noise, proactive when it comes to sharing responsibilities.
Clean and happy to contribute to the flat’s upkeep (cleaning rota in place).
We want someone who’s mature about flat-sharing, communicative, and wants to make the space feel like home.

The Flat:

No smoking or pets, unfortunately.
We are on the 1st floor and there's a small lift.
3-bed flat + living room.
Spacious kitchen with dining table all the appliances ( missing a microwave, though ),
Bathroom + separate toilet.
Utility room where we store our bikes and miscellaneous cleaning items.
Furnished, bright, and carpet-free!

Your Room:

Spacious double room with bed ( no under-bed storage, unfortunately ), mattress, two wardrobes, desk, chair, and chest of drawers.
Room for yoga if that's your thing!

Location:

The flat is situated on the Homerton high street. We do get traffic noise, to which we got used to, though, we have ambulances passing by quite often. Neither of us find the sirens to be problematic, though, if you’re a light sleeper, it might be an issue.
Other than that, it’s a great location.
Hackney Central is 10mins walk away, Homerton Overground 5mins, and the bus stops are nearby the flat.
Shops ( Co-op, Tesco, M&S ), and the ever bougie Castle Cinema and Chatsworth road a stone’s throw away.

Rent & Admin:

Rent: £750/month ( includes water, council tax, WiFi ).
Deposit: £750 ( Deposit Protection Scheme ).
Utilities: Gas and electricity on a top-up system, approx. £30 each, more in winter.

Landlord requires references, proof of income, and right to rent.

We’re hosting viewings on the 26th and 27th of October.
