There is a large double room available in a lovely, spacious 2 bed flat located in Hackney right on the doorstep of Victoria Park. This is a short term let with the room available immediately for 1 month until early March time. Exact dates can be discussed.

My brother and I usually live in the flat but we are both currently away travelling. The second bedroom is currently occupied by a short term tenant already, so you will have one house mate if you were to move in.

Location:
- Right next to Victoria Park
- 10 min walk to Homerton station
- 15 min walk to Hackney Wick station
- Decent convenience stores on the corners for fresh produce, and a tesco and posh Spar (Chatsworth road) about 10 mins away.

There’s a large open-plan living room/kitchen area and a small bathroom. There is a lot of available storage space in the large bedroom.
