It’s located right next to Victoria Park, 10 min walk to Homerton station, 15 min walk to Hackney Wick station, 30 min walk to Stratford/Westfield.

There’s a large open plan living room/kitchen area and a small bathroom.

Hey, my name’s Fergal and I’ll be your flat mate. I’m 38, I’m into eating well and exercising, whether running or gymming at Third Space in Islington. Love a cup of tea and partial to a board game or a pint. In the evenings I’m into cooking and catching series or films - we’ve got a projector! Keep the flat neat and clean. I very occasionally have friends over but I’m more likely to be out of the house for meeting friends or seeing theatre. I go to my girlfriend’s a couple nights a week. I’m an actor by trade and have a day job that I work a mix of at home and on site.
