Lovely Homerton Flat - Room Available 13 November

Hello!

We are Sophie and Gabriel, a couple in our late twenties looking to fill one room in our apartment in Homerton. The apartment has a spacious living room, cosy kitchen and a garden at the back, with the three bedrooms on the floor above. The place has a very charming and creative atmosphere. It's a stone's throw from Victoria Park, as well as Well Park, and just down the road from Homerton Overground Station. There are also a number of bus stops nearby.

Bills come to roughly £100 a month per person

We're hoping to find someone who is considerate, quiet, and will help us keep the place clean. We must note that this is not a party flat! We're also thinking about getting a cat soon (so please be advised if you have allergies).
