Double room in Homerton

We have a double room available from 8 December 2024. It is 670£ per month, no bills included, which are usually about 120£ per month. You will also have a separate, walk-in wardrobe. And a private balcony!

The flat is a 12 minutes walk from Homerton overground station and we have a community patio where to leave bikes. So, in terms of communication it is very good!

The flat has beautiful common areas. A wide kitchen and living room, with a big-enough balcony where to have a meal when it's good weather. And a lot of light! In the top floor, there's one bathroom with a separate toilet, three rooms, plus external wardrobes.

We're 2 current flatmates, and with you we'll be 3. I'm Carla, 27 years old, from Barcelona, doing a PhD in Social and Political Theory at the LSE. I'm involved in left-wing politics and housing struggles, and I like cooking, going to cinema, listening to music, etc. Tomás is 32 years old, from Chile, a music composer, and working at a music bookshop. He's someone with whom to have a great conversation about music, politics, or cinema while having a drink.
