Lovely room in Hackney

Hi,
I have been living in this flat for the past 12 years and I have recently separated and therefore looking to rent my spare room to a friendly person.

I am originally from Italy and therefore very warm, friendly, welcoming and open to friendships.
I am a physiotherapist and worked in the NHS for more than years.
I have a cat and her name is Biba, she has a loving character and she is very friendly, so I will need someone that loves pets and willing to share her affection.

I made the flat into a lovely warm and welcoming space and proud of it.
I love the area and immensely enjoy Victoria Park and all the amenities that vibrant Hackney can offer.

The flat is less than 5 minutes walk to Homerton station and 10 minutes from Homerton Hospital.
The accommodation t’s arranged over 2 floors with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and a moderately large living/dining space downstairs which offers a very light and airy feel.
A small balcony is accessible from the living room and offers a lovely view of Canary Wharf at night.
The kitchen is fully equipped and very practical.

The room rent will include all bills as well as unlimited broadband.
We have lift access and a 24 hours concierge service that can also accept parcels as needed.
