We’re Lou and Alana, two 30-year-old professionals, looking for a new flatmate to move into our flat in East London. The available room is a massive top-floor space with its own ensuite—perfect if you’re after a bit of privacy while still wanting to feel part of a home.

A bit about us: Lou is from Yorkshire and works in corporate events. She loves festivals, reformer pilates, and the occasional night out dancing. Alana, originally from Newbury, works in creative comms and is currently training for both the Amsterdam Marathon and her first triathlon next year.

We’re good friends who met through SpareRoom and balance our time between chilled weekends—think pastries and pints in the local area—and making the most of London life.
