Bright Double Room near Victoria Park

Hi,

We're looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely house in Hackney, by the great Victoria Park.

The room is available from mid-late December (move-in date negotiable). This is a spacious unfurnished double-room, south-facing with a big window. The flatmate moving out is open to propositions to buy in furniture if that's of interest.

Our house is a friendly comfortable home with 3 other people who get along, cook and hangout together occasionally. We share communal areas such as kitchen, living-room, bathroom and our massive garden!

We are all long-time Londoners (French and English) working in various creative industries. You'll be sharing with James (35), Sybille (35) and Chloe (37). We have lived in the house for a while and have made it feel homey.
We all have varied intererst such as travelling, cooking, films, running, cinema, gardening, languages, bbqs, hiking & being outdoors...

We'd like to keep a good, easy going vibe in the house and look for a kind, fun, respectful and open-minded person to share the house with.

the numbers:
Rent is £638.08 per month
Bills come up to approx. £190 pm (including all bills, internet, bi-weekly cleaner, council tax)
Deposit is 5 weeks rent (we're confirming this with our landlord).
The landlord will be doing a credit check and you'll be included in the tenancy.
