Double room in Homerton

Elliot our longterm housemate is moving out of his double room after 4x years of life in Homerton and we are now looking for a working professional to take over his tenancy from the 1st of December 2024.

Rooftop access overlooking the city skyline and a beautiful balcony overlooking the canal.

Hackney Wick bars and coffee shops only a 15x minute walk.
Chatsworth Road only a 10x minute walk for even more restaurants and coffee shops.
Mare Street only a 20x minute walk.

Tesco, Asda and Lidl all close by.

276, 236, W15 and 308 bus all on our doorstep and Hackney Wick/Homerton Overground only a 15x minute walk.

Gym on site and the flat is beautifully located along the canal for any keen runners.

The room will be fully furnished alongside the rest of the flat.

What you can expect from us:

You’ll be living with 3x friendly house mates 1x girl and 2x boys all aged between 26-35.

Darara works night shifts on the railways, Max works for a local independent beer company 9-5 and Mikayla works for the NHS.

We are easy going, respect each others space but still like a catch up in the living room.

What we expect from you:

Clean and tidy working professional (no work from homes please) who is able to pay rent on time.
