We’ve got a private room in our lovely 3-bed house in Homerton E9 available from mid-December to replace our outgoing best mate.

The house:
It's a spacious and bright double room just a 2 min walk from Homerton overground station, 7 mins from Chatsworth Road, and 10 mins from Victoria Park. The house has loads of plants, a spacious living room, a great kitchen with a newish cooker, and a separate office - perfect for WFH. There is a decent garden with secure bike storage plus additional cellar storage!

About us:
You'll be living with myself (34, set designer for film & tv) and Jordie (29, accountant at Spurs), 2 guys who met traveling a couple of years ago in Mexico and have been living together since. We're pretty chilled in the week due to busy working schedules but still have a social house atmosphere. Outside the house you can find us at Castle Cinema, Hackney Wick Sauna, out of breath running around the Olympic Park, trips out of London in the car to see some nature, and frequenting all the pubs in between.

The Boring Bits:
Rent is £1,250/month + bills
The lease runs until July but we will likely extend.
There is on-street parking with a residency permit of around £15 a month.
