Hello! I have a room to rent in a nice 2-bed flat, literally 2 minutes away from Homerton station.

The property is modern and stylish with a new bathroom and spacious kitchen/living area.

There are big windows so we get a lot of natural light too!

The flat is furnished, however the furniture is mine. You're welcome to bring your own things to make the space more homely.

A bit about me (current house mate):
I'm Steve, I'm 37 and I run a fitness and sports massage business. I enjoy an active lifestyle with running, yoga and cooking, but I also like going to the cinema, bars and video games.

I'm easygoing but appreciate a clean, quiet and respectful living environment.

I'd love to find someone who's chilled, clean and calm. I'm happy for friends to visit now and then, but I don't want regular visitors or late-night parties. I would also prefer if you don't WFH full-time.

Bills aren't included. They are around £150 per person per month.

Rent is £936 per month.
