- 1 full bathroom with bath/ shower
- House with outside courtyard for fire pit fun times

- Projector and comfy lounge/ dining area

- Newly renovated and super clean (aka no yucky mould)

Location:
- We’re super close to Hackney Marshes (running enthusiasts assemble), Hackey Wick Saunas, Hackney Wick in general, Viccy Park, Hackney Central, Stratford, Homerton Overground etc and have heaps of transport outside our door.

Housemates:
- You’ll be living with two fun, sweet, creative and chill ladies in their late 20s (Canadian and American) who have taken a lot of pride in making our place a comfy, welcoming home.
- Love a wine, chat, a sauna/ cold plunge, pub times, Viccy park hangs and b-grade movie screenings. But we all live pretty busy, independent lives too :)
- All work full time.
- LGBTQI+ friendly

Price/ other details:
- £1250 (bills, wifi, fortnightly cleaner included)
- Move in date: ASAP
- You’d be on the lease until mid Oct but with an option of extending the lease
