Hello, I will be moving out in June, so I will need someone to take over my room. The contract will end in December 2025, so you will be taking over 17 May/17 June - December 2025. There is the possibility to stay after this date too.
You will be sharing with 2 others - Jules and Alicja.
The room has a nice living room area, kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The flat is located between Hackney and Homerton. It is on the 3rd floor, but there is a lift.
Please get in touch if you are interested, with a bit of info about yourself, confirmation that you can cover the deposit & first month's rent.
The room will come unfurnished, but if needed I am happy to leave you my bed. There is also a small built-in wardrobe, which can fit quite a lot of things.
