Queer home, Top floor flat by Hackney Marshes

Hello!

Looking for a new housemate for short or long term let to move in from mid May. It’s a great flat nestled between the calm of the marshes and the fun and bustle of Hackney.

Accessibility for the flat: There’s an intercom system into the building, the flat is on the top/4th floor (there’s a lift as well as stairs). There’s one small step inside the flat.

The shared living space is open plan, light and airy, with the bedrooms either side of the living room which makes them feel more private. The bathroom and toilet are separate too! The kitchen has a dishwasher, induction hob and a brand new shiny washer/drier.

The bedroom has fitted wardrobes, a double bed with a relatively new mattress and can come with bedding if you need it, bed side table and another small table. If you like looking after plants, the room can come with some of those too!

Bills are currently around £140 on top of rent, and include Virgin Media internet. I don’t have a TV license at the flat as I don’t watch BBC/live tv, so you’ll need to get one of those if you do.

A bit about me, Im trans masc, work in therapeutic healthcare and enjoy adventures in nature, going to the gym and go to queer and trans events when I can. I’ve recently been enjoying singing with trans chorus over at queer circle. At home Im often cooking and relaxing/ topping up after work, and value having good connections with the people I live with.
