- Lodger will have access to all shared areas of the flat, which include a south-facing balcony, spacious living and dining area, and groundfloor bike store
- All bills are included in the monthly price
- If lodger wishes to occasionally stay at the weekend, additional nights can be agreed in advance at a price of £40/night
