We're looking for a new housemate to round out our flat share in Homerton!

One room is available from April 21st £805/month + £403 deposit Includes all bill except Gas & Elec & Council Tax (so will work out around £880 all in)
6 month Minimum Tenancy - Then a Monthly Rolling Contract. We all rent individually with the landlord.
No reference process, we deal directly with the landlord, they will only accept tenants if they have a regular income.
No Wheelchair Access - The Flat is on the 2nd floor on coucil block only accessible via two sets of narrow external stairs. There is a Phone entry System.
The area:
3 mins walk or 1 min running from Homerton Overground which will get you to Stratford or Highbury & Islington in under 15 mins each! We're a short walk from Victoria Park and Hackney Marshes with all the good things in between!
The flat:
What the rooms might lack in size the rest of the flat makes up for! The flat is a duplex. We have a generous living room with two sofas and a small 4-seater dining table.
The kitchen is a spacious galley with enough room for 2-3 people to cook at the same time - we've tested it!
Washing machine, no dryer.
Fridge and personal cupboard as well as shared space.
The bathroom and toilet are separate which helps avoid clashes in the morning.
If you’re a cyclist, we have a balcony where we keep our bikes. We don’t use it for much else, but you’re welcome to change that.
There is also ample storage throughout the flat with 3 built-in wardrobes in the upstairs hallway and a lot of space under the stairs!

We’re three gay guys who met on SpareRoom but have since become close friends.
Corey, 30, a Video Marketing specialist, works a regular 9-5 job, wfh 2 days a week and love to sing (badly) and play the Switch.
Luke, 28, is an architect, working 9-6, also wfh 2 day a week, with a love of tea and Yotam Ottolenghi. He’s an incredible cook!
David, 30, works 5ish days a week as a receptionist. Previously a pianist in Aus, he loves city breaks, gigs, and a good floral arrangement.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone mature, clean and respectful.
It's not a party flat (but we are social) and we don't smoke. We like a homely feel with cooking, watching tv, the odd quiz night out & karaoke night in.
