Spare room for short stays

Hi,
We’re a couple from Australia and Switzerland. We would like to offer our third room to rent for short stays. When we arrived in London 6 years ago, we relied on a couple of really great short stays around the area to help us arrive and get a sense of London before deciding where to settle. Now we have our own place and it’s our turn to rent out our spare room. We are in a partially renovated flat (no more work scheduled for the time being) spread over two floors. We are relatively easy to live with and would like you to feel at home.
