2 rooms - Huge double and en-suite in Homerton

Hi all!

We have two rooms coming available in our lovely, three-storey mews in Homerton, a stones throw away from the station.

Room 1:
Spacious and bright room, facing the garden. In-built storage/wardrobe space. Located on the first-floor of the house. Sharing a bathroom with one other person.

Room 2:
Smaller room, but still a great size. It has a juliette balcony, facing the front of the house. This room has an en-suite and built-in wardrobes too.

Both rooms benefit from lots of natural light as the windows are floor to ceiling. They come unfurnished so you can really make it your own.

The rest of the house is open plan, with a dining room/kitchen/living room on the ground floor, along with a small toilet, and leads into a really decent sized garden in the back (a true luxury in London.) We have a little table and barbecue, and we’re currently trying out some gardening to make it look pretty. If you can bring some gardening skills that’s definitely a plus!

The area is truly perfect: located just off Chatsworth Road with lots of cafes, bars, and pubs nearby and a 10 minute walk to the canals. Hackney Central and London Fields are close by too.

The current household is made up of two working professionals: El and Sam. We’re all friendly, sociable people who love to go to gigs, festivals, comedy gigs, keep active, all the usual things for 30-somethings living in London. We take really good care of the house so it’s important we find the right person who strikes the balance we have and can contribute to a warm and friendly home.

The price advertised includes bills for WiFi, electricity/gas and council tax. The only additional bills are the water bill paid quarterly, and a monthly cleaner.
