Huge double room in Homerton - from 1st September

We’ve got a spacious double room becoming available in our friendly 4-bed flat in Homerton.

We’re looking for a friendly, easy-going female (aged 30–38) to join our lovely flat in Homerton. The room comes unfurnished (with the exception of 2x double mirrored wardrobes) and has loads of space to make it your own. The flat is in a great spot — very well connected, close to cafes, pubs, and a gym right across the road.

You’d be living with three professionals: Ellie (curator/researcher), Amelida (film & music video production), and Martina (HR projects, training & development). We’re sociable but also have our own lives. We enjoy the occasional dinner or chat, and keep things relaxed at home.

We mostly work from the office, with the odd WFH day, so we’re looking for someone similar (not fully remote).

Rent: £788.75/month
Bills: Around £120 (gas & electric, water, council tax, internet)
