*Sublet for 3 months*

I am subletting my beautiful double bedroom for 3 months starting 13 Nov. It's a three bed flat with two of the most amazing people in London. We have been living in this flat for last 5 years.

Everything is close by. 3 mins walk to Tesco, 5 mins walk to Victoria Park, 12 mins walk to Lidl. Bus no 30 stops right outside the house. Overground is 2 mins away as well.

I pay 936£/- per month but since this is a short sublet, the price is 800£/- all inclusive, per month. If you choose to take this up, we both will sign a lodgers agreement to keep us both safe.

You most be a non-smoker. Preferably an academic/mature student/professional. The house doesn't have any militant rules around cleaning and all. We three are mature adults and we clean as we go. No one will tell you off for not doing communal work, we expect that you will be mature enough to clean up after you have used a communal space. Items in the kitchen and communal areas are shared. We pay 10£/- a month to one housemate who buys loo rolls, hand wash etc for the house.

One housemate works in Pret and One has a 9-5 jobs. The house remains empty most of the weekdays.

Also we don't do loud music/parties etc. ofcourse friends and family are welcome to visit, but no loud music, late night parties etc.
