Double room in Homerton/ Hackney Wick

Subletting my double room for 3 weeks from October 26th to November 9th for £600 (£200 a week). I can be a bit flexible on dates.
It’s small but it has a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a sliding door that goes onto the balcony with canal views. It is also right next to a bathroom that nobody else uses.
Modern flat with a concierge, gym, safe bike shed, and 2 roof top terraces.
Sharing with 1 other friendly housemate.
5 minute walk to all the bars in Hackney Wick
