Looking for someone to take over my lovely room in a flat that’s been such a happy home. It’s a brilliant spot, just a 5-minute walk to Homerton Overground with great bus links into Central London and Stratford, and only 5 minutes to Victoria Park. 10
minute walk to Hackney Wick and 15 minute walk to Hackney Central. With Tesco Superstore also a 10 minute walk away.
The Room
- Bright and cosy with plenty of storage (wardrobe, chest of drawers, and underbed storage all included)
- Cosy and warm in winter
- The boiler is in the room, but it’s super quiet and never been an issue
The Flat
- A welcoming space with a shared kitchen and living room
- Shower room and toilet are separate (always handy!)
- Loads of storage cupboards around the flat
The Housemates
You’ll be sharing with two lovely professional women who are both warm, friendly, and considerate. We all enjoy our own space but get together for the occasional meal, drink, or chat. It’s a really nice balance of independent and social.
Other Details
- Bills are around £110/month - we use the Splitwise app to manage bills and each pay our share
- Move-in date is end of September/first week of October
- Holding deposit will be required
I’m sad to leave, as it’s genuinely been a wonderful home with great people but I’m leaving to go travelling ✈️
