I am sadly looking for a new housemate as my current one is off to Australia!
Ideally looking for someone to move in on the 10th of October, but it can be a bit earlier if required.
The flat itself is in a new build and runs warm. It has lift/stair access and is spacious and bright. There's a big balcony as well as access to a communal rooftop terrace. It also has a communal gym with standard equipment and a concierge.
The room has an en-suite, is spacious and bright with a big wardrobe, bills come to c.£150 a month, and the lease is up end of March with an option to continue.
I'm Scottish, have lived in London for 6 years, and I go into the office 2/3 times a week.
I enjoy watching/playing sports and am more than happy to have a pint. I'm looking for someone who's neat, clean, and considerate with the shared space.

Walking:
13 mins - Homerton overground
15 mins - Hackney Wick overground
Stratford is a short bus ride away or a 30-minute walk
Buses run just outside as well.
