Double room available in a two bedroom flat located just off Well Street in Homerton. The flat is close to lots of cafes, bars and restaurants, also within short walking distance of London Fields and Victoria Park.

The flat itself is a new build, it comes fully furnished with a sizeable balcony as well which is lovely for the summer. There’s lift access to the flat as well.

The bedroom comes fully furnished, with a bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. You’ll be sharing a large bathroom with just myself.

Bills are approximately £150 per month, this includes gas, electricity, council tax, water and broadband. There is also a cleaner that comes fortnightly.

About the current flat mate - I’m Liam, I’m 28 years old and working in advertising. Been living in London for 4 years now, I’m Irish so have lots of friends living locally as well. In my spare time I love watching sport, going to gigs or events, travelling and going for a drink in the lovely pubs we have nearby.
