Big bright room

We have a good sized room in our spacious warehouse space with big windows, relaxed, sociable and creative environment. Though we are far from being a party house we do like to socialise, and occasionally cook and have a drink together but we also respect each others space and privacy. Included in the rent is council tax, water and internet. Gas and electricity are not included and vary throughout the year, on average approx £50/month each and we also have a cleaner which is an addition £30/month each.
