Spacious double room with 2 lovely female flatmate

Hi! A spacious double bedroom has become available after our lovely flatmate has moved in with her longterm partner after 5 fabulous years of us living together in our lovely Homerton home. The house is bright and spacious with a lovely terrace and shared garden you can step out onto directly from our back door. The flat is located at the bottom of lively Chatsworth road in a gated area so we’re a little away from the road and don’t get much noise. We have a spacious kitchen and homely living area. All well furnished. The room is partly furnished with a bed and wardrobe, and any other furniture would be for you to bring.

We are Annie and Josie. Two 30 year old professionals and good friends since our school years. Annie is an architect and Josie is a fashion buyer. We both enjoy cooking, eating good food, going to our local, The Adam & Eve (best pub in Hackney), and watching trashy TV together, and would love to find a housemate who wants to get involved in a house that properly feels like a home.

The rent is £810 plus bills, which usually come to around £120 (internet, gas, electricity, council tax, water, TV license). We also have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks for £27 a month each.
