Double room in stylish period house, with garden

Double room to rent in 3 bed Victorian terraced house with garden. We have a large eat in kitchen with poured concrete floors and underfloor heating, lovely leafy garden, pretty living room, modern family bathroom with walk in shower, and a separate downstairs loo.
The room is large and minimalist in style, with fitted wardrobes, a king size bed, cream carpets.

You’ll be sharing with me (48yrs, work in creative industry) and my 19 yr old son (at Uni in London). It is very much a home, not a party house. We have a cat and a dog (Gil the mini schnauzer) so being an animal lover is a must. Gil is nervous and barks around people to start with but give him a week and he’ll be your best friend! Looking for someone friendly, tidy, who is up for chat over dinner or a glass of wine when they are in the mood.
