Queer Home Next To Hackney Marshes

Hello future flat mate,

I’m looking for someone to move in who is looking for a calm and relaxing home and wants to collaborate on taking care of the space.

It’s a top (4th) floor two bed flat over looking Hackney marshes. For accessibility there’s a lift and intercom system in the building, and one small step inside the flat.

The flat is bright and open plan, with the bedrooms opposite sides of the living space. The shower room is also separate from the toilet too. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, and a washer/tumble dryer. The bedroom comes with fitted wardrobes, and there is also currently a double bed with lots of storage space under neath, a relatively new mattress, and a full length mirror. The flat is technically unfurnished and we can talk about trading in and out bits of furniture for the flat if you are bringing any with you.

The flat has been decorated with alot of natural materials and organic paint by the owners, and wanting someone who is also interested in using eco/environmental household products in the flat.

Bills work out to £160 a month, including council tax which is band B. I don't watch live TV or the BBC so haven't bought a TV license for the flat.

A little about me, I’m queer, trans masc, in my 40’s, self employed/working in healthcare. My interests are often seasonal and evolving, but I’m always out and about in nature and cooking tasty meals at home.
