Two Bedrooms Available in a Lovely Terraced House – East London

We have two bedrooms available in a beautiful terraced house:
• A garden-view basement room
• An upstairs bedroom

The house has two bathrooms; one with a toilet and bath/shower, and the other with a toilet and a bidet (ikr).

Perfectly situated in East London, right next to Victoria Park, a 5-minute walk to London Fields, and 5 minutes to Homerton Overground Station.

The nearest Tube stations are Mile End, Bethnal Green, and Stratford (about a 20-minute walk). Stratford also has a huge Westfield for anything you could need. The area is very well connected by bus routes too.

You’ll be close to some of the best food, bar, and music scenes in the city, with Dalston, Shoreditch, and Hackney all within 15 minutes.

There’s a big Tesco 2 minutes away and a big Lidl 6 minutes away.

We’re currently doing a big clean-out and re-decorating the place as we’ve only just moved in, so we’re looking for people who care about keeping a clean, tidy, good-vibes home.

We live right next to The Kenton, a pub with £5 pints that shows the footie.

Who You’ll Be Living With:

Jean-Michel, 32
Laid-back, works a 9–5 in fintech, sometimes WFH. Into music (plays a few instruments and currently learning piano — we’re thinking of getting one for the house), sports, cooking, going to gigs/events, exploring food spots, art, and flea markets. Arsenal fan (but not in an annoying way).

Charlie, 26
Works in a central London wine bar and freelances in film. Loves music (plays guitar + some piano), movies, reading, football, exhibitions, seeing bands, going for drinks, and working on new film projects.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re pretty open! Ideally someone who’s Independent but also down to hang. Clean and respectful (not neat freaks, just tidy).

Keen for a social home with good energy. Would love people with creative interests (music/film especially)

As a house of two guys currently would prefer to balance it out and would be open to two friends moving in together.

Move-in from January (New Year).
Bills are roughly £50–£80/month.
